Anna Ransley is an experienced C-Suite executive and SVP, Chief Digital Information Officer at Quaker Houghton, a publicly traded global chemical manufacturing company. Anna has an extensive career which started in management consulting and marketing and transitioned to various leadership roles in technology in global companies across a variety of industries and company sizes. She has significant experience with setting strategic plans for global organizations, digital transformations, cyber security, data & advanced analytics, eCommerce, Martech, governance and AI/ML. At Quaker Houghton, her responsibilities include leading the Company’s information technology organization and transforming Quaker Houghton’s global digital strategy with a focus on operational agility and efficiency along with amplifying the Company’s differentiated customer intimacy strategy with digital innovations. Prior to her current role, she served as a global CIO at Godiva, CIO at Heineken USA, and senior IT Leadership roles at Boehringer Ingelheim, Connolly, Inc, Hyperion, and others. In addition to her C-suite work, Anna is a board member, an active participant in Angel and VC Investing, a responsible AI evangelist and an advisor on strategy and Generative AI to organizations in need of strategic approaches to disruptive technologies.
Steven J. Randich, Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer (CIO), oversees technology at FINRA. Previously, Mr. Randich served as Co-CIO at Citigroup, and CIO and Global Head of Technology for Citigroup's Institutional Clients Group. Prior to joining Citigroup, he was Executive Vice President of Operations and Technology and CIO at NASDAQ, where he was responsible for all aspects of NASDAQ technology, including applications development and technology infrastructure. From 1996 to 2000, Mr. Randich served as Executive Vice President and CIO for the Chicago Stock Exchange. He was responsible for all technology, trading-floor and back-office operations, and business product planning and development. Prior to joining the Chicago Stock Exchange, Mr. Randich was a Managing Principal at IBM Global Services and a Manager at KPMG. Mr. Randich has an undergraduate degree in computer science from Northern Illinois University and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
